Auxilium Skills Academy, Wadala, in collaboration with Auxilium Welfare Centre, organized a session for the staff led by Brother George Xavier, Assistant Superior General of St. Patrick’s Congregation, Bengaluru. He introduced Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) by Albert Ellis, focusing on identifying and overcoming irrational beliefs that cause emotional and behavioural issues. Brother George explained the ABC theory of personality and guided participants through the REBT Self-Help Form, demonstrating how to recognize unhealthy negative emotions and replace them with rational thinking. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A.
