Goal Setting & Conflict Management

On 15th December 2020, Mr. Vincent D’silva, a resource person from Dimensions, organised Goal Setting & Conflict Management Training for the staff of Auxilium Skills Academy. The staff was trained for goal setting so as to provide a direction to our organization by working out a plan of action which helps to reach the bigger picture. The training helped our staff get motivated, energized & mainly focused on achieving their goals.
