Tanisha Gangurde's life was transformed by education and determination. Born into a modest family in Maharashtra, she faced financial struggles, but a 4-month ITES-BPO course at the Tech Mahindra SMART Centre equipped her with essential skills, boosting her confidence. She secured a job as a Customer Service Executive, providing financial stability for her family.

Tanisha continued her education, aspiring to further her career. She now works as a Customer Sales Executive at Rechannel Fashions, a boutique specializing in men's wedding collections, which she joined in December 2024.
