With the support of Tech Mahindra Foundation's SMART program, she gained skills in ITES and secured a job as a Front Office Executive at J.K. Finance with a salary of Rs 15,000 per month. Coming from a family where girls were not encouraged to pursue higher studies or work, Manisha's journey is a testament to her determination and the impact of SMART in empowering individuals to break socio-economic barriers. With her newfound confidence and skills, she is poised to support her family and educate her sisters, while pursuing her own studies.
