I'm Aales Johnson Bankar, a proud alumna of Auxilium College. I completed my Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) course from this esteemed institution, which has been a turning point in my life.
My two-year course was a perfect blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience. In the first year, I studied from books and attended practical sessions at the civil hospital. I witnessed a normal delivery, examined patients, and learned from our sisters who guided us well. In the second year, I underwent six months of practical training at Life Line Hospital in Bhosari, Pune. I learned valuable skills like administering IVs and managing patient files. I worked in various departments, including OPD, ICU, OT, and as a ward nurse.
After completing my training, I passed the ANM exam and began working at Life Line Hospital. Today, I manage various departments with confidence and earn a salary of ₹15,000 per month. I'm grateful for the opportunities I've had and the skills I've acquired, which have enabled me to build a successful career as an ANM nurse.
