Kasturi Vyahare

Kasturi, a young woman from Sewree, Mumbai, overcame immense personal and financial struggles to transform her life. After her father's passing due to COVID-19, Kasturi took on the responsibility of supporting her family. With the help of Tech Mahindra Foundation (TMF) and Auxilium Skills Academy's SMART program, she acquired new skills, gained confidence, and landed a job as a Graphic Designer with a CTC of ₹15,000/- per month.

Kasturi's determination and resilience have not only improved her own life but also inspired her younger sister. Her mother expressed gratitude towards TMF and Auxilium Skills Academy for recognizing Kasturi's potential and empowering her to become a confident and self-sufficient individual. Kasturi aims to pursue her graduation while continuing to support her family. Her story serves as a testament to the impact of education and skill development in transforming lives.
