ASA Gandhinagar Centre organised Tree Plantation Day

During Van Mahotsav, celebrated from July 1st to 7th, the Sisters, staff, and 15 tailoring students came together to plant fruit-bearing and shade-providing saplings around the campus. Sr. Vaneeta Khristi highlighted the importance of trees in combating climate change and maintaining ecological balance. Guided by teachers and Sisters, students planted saplings with care and pledged to protect them. Saplings were also distributed for planting at home, further promoting environmental awareness. Hosteliers contributed by planting in assigned campus areas, showing dedication and joy in making the campus greener. The event ended with a heartfelt vote of thanks to all involved
