Gandhinagar-On 26/07/2025, Sr. Rita Dora Thomas conducted an engaging session for the tailoring students on the theme “Understanding Yourself” from 2:00 to 3:15 PM. Through a well-prepared PowerPoint presentation, she explored different pathways to self-discovery and personal growth, drawing from real-life experiences.

The session was interactive, featuring group discussions and moments for individual reflection. These elements encouraged students to think deeply about their own lives and take active steps in their journey toward self-awareness and self-actualization.
