ASA ALL CENTRES ONLINE ASSEMBLY

Auxilium Skills Academy has recently initiated a daily morning assembly across all 11 centres spread across four states which is in Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra and Gujarath. This new practice aims to foster a sense of unity and shared purpose among the staff members.

The assembly serves as a platform to cultivate a strong “we-feeling” among the team, promoting inter-centre collaboration and mutual encouragement. It also sets a positive tone for the day by providing motivational messages and creating an uplifting atmosphere.

This initiative marks a significant step towards building a connected and inspired workforce across the Auxilium Skills Academy network.
